the location was nice and magnificent, staff was very amiable. walking distance to a main market and a market across the street. well presented room for relaxing.

The location of this hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake and city. The design of the hotel is modern and impressive, offering spacious rooms with comfortable beds and jaw-dropping views from the balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The proximity to cultural sights, tea plantations, and the magnificent Ramoda waterfalls adds to the overall experience. Plus, the free Wi-Fi, convenient off-site car park, locker room, and 24-hour reception ensure a hassle-free stay. The restaurant offers a delicious children's menu and board games for entertainment. it's a super comfortable and mind-blowing place to stay!

Located near a beautiful lake, this hotel boasts a stunning view of the city and is just a short journey from the city center. the friendly staff provide excellent service and the rooms are neat and tidy. the breakfast is delicious and the brand new facilities offer great comfort to guests.

Incredible location with breathtaking views of the city and lake. Spacious and clean rooms with a fantastic veranda. The staff was extremely helpful and the bathrooms were spotless. The air conditioning was a great relief and the beds were comfortable. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi in the rooms, had a locker room, 24-hour reception and security, a restaurant, and offered a welcome drink. Additionally, they had a paid airport shuttle service, laundry facilities, a flat-screen TV, a dryer, an electric kettle. There were also board games available for entertainment. Furthermore, they had a strict no-pets policy, air conditioning in all non-smoking rooms, and provided off-site car park facilities.

The view from the balcony was breath-taking and we loved the cozy ambiance of our room. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff who helped us plan our day trips around the area. Plus, the nearby viewpoint was just a short walk away and offered stunning panoramic views of the city.

We didn't enjoy the limited food options available at the hotel restaurant and the quality was not up to our standards. we found the taxi rates to be quite expensive and not worth it for the short distances we traveled.

I had a comfortable stay at Oak Ray Heritage. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view over the Kandy lake from our room was excellent. The location was also great, close to the city center but away from the noise. The hotel also had a big balcony where monkeys would come, really cute!

The staff was okay, but not super friendly. I also found the WiFi to be poor in our rooms.

The rooms at Oak Ray Heritage Hotel are a great place to unwind and relax after a long day. I loved the complimentary WiFi and air conditioning in the rooms, making it easy to browse the web and stay comfortable. The flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels kept me entertained during my stay. Some rooms even have a balcony with a beautiful lake view, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the surroundings.

Personally, I found the shower in the private bathroom a bit small, but it might not bother others.
